Identifying people found on sites
Every time we respond to an alarm or encounter someone on-site during a patrol, we are required to verify their identification and record their details. This allows us to provide the property owner with accurate information about who was present on their premises at a particular day and time.
All information is handled professionally and in a timely manner. Any photos taken during the incident are securely stored and automatically deleted after24 hrs.
Secure of site after forced entry
If we respond to an alarm at your site and find that a door or window has been forced open and cannot be secured, we will immediately contact your emergency contacts to inform you.
If we are unable to reach anyone, a glazier will be arranged to temporarily board up the affected area. This provides a cost-effective alternative to overnight guard services and ensures your premises are not left unattended until the issue is resolved.
